Just wanted to say thank you for the service you and your company provided. This is the first time we have dealt with True Property and it was certainly a welcome change; with 30 or more previous applications we are generally never updated at any point of the process. Even worse, some agents will reply out of the blue to let us know the application is with the owner only to never call again.
Chasing these up become a nightmare, when so many companies refuse to 'disclose information'.
